My second week was full of adventures and emotions but it was relaxing and light at the time. I still had a lot of free time and managed it to enjoy it, as I know later there might be less opportunities to do it beside the jobs and castings.
The wweek started with the trip to Laos for the working visa. It was an exhaustin 9 hour trip including a lot of waiting and sweating and uncomfortable sleeping and worrying about the passport etc. But arriving there we took a good rest and then went to explore the small capital city Ventianne. It has a bit of french influence of the last century, a few parts of Laos were previously belonging to the French. I enjoyed it walking though the Temples and a monument with Renee. We also had a nice evening outsode the hotel with a few guys that work Laos as English teachers or artists and we also tried the famous Beer Laos. The next day we completely spent going back to Bangkok and we returned around 1am the next day. I spent the next days walking around, enjoying the weather and the free time. We took the boat to famous Khao Sarn Road and did a small shopping of colorful dresses with elefants threre before we had an amazing seafood dinner in a restaurant close to a live music place and had cocktails there and not to forget the best coonut icecream. But the highlight of the week for me was when my siter came. It wasa spontaneous decision and a wonderful surprise of our mother to buy her the ticket during her autumn holidays. She arrived and straightly went to the beach with our Thai friends of last year. She really enjoyed the nice view and the good time with the guys. We as models are not allowed to go to the beach because its too far away, so if we have some urgent casting or job we have to be available all the time. So, we stayed in Town and tried to find something else that can replace it but its impossible to replace the sea. However, we went to a Pool Party and found out to be the only one there so we just bought ice cream and got free tickets for drinks and had a funny time being tipsy in the Pool. In the evening we were invited to the cinema im EMQuartier to watch Bridge of Spies which I found intersting but as the girls didnt understand the movie so well we left the place in the middle of the movie what was no problem for me at all because we just took our truffle popcorn with us.
