My week startet very nice (as it always starts on Sundays because of my arrival day). The midautumn festival and with that the national holiday in China started! It lasted for 8 days, which were free for us as well. So, Sunday was the beginning and i spent it with a good friend here who is half chinese and half russian. We were just walking around the sunny Shanghai, spent time in parks, walked through the the french consession and had lunch with our chinese friends. The dinner was amazing! It was super delicious typical chinese food and the atmosphere at the restaurant was magical. We just enjoyed the meal and then walked to the bund to look at the especially big moon that night. We had a lot of fun and decided to meer up again in this constellation.
The next days of holiday I just took a good rest of everything and spent my last days with my lovely roommate who left, doing things she wanted to do such as buying souvenirs and clothes for for home. And of course, I spent time and energy to find out where actuallyI I am going next...but I still didn't know. I just was curious about the next week, because this would be be the last one to decide whether or I stay in China or travel further...
The week ended up amazingly...I had one of the best experiences of fun ever! Can you imagine to go to a festival in China? I could not! The amount of people reaches its maximum in the metro and other public transportations, so I could not imagine to survive at a festival there..However, a friend of me who is from Kanada just asked if I am interested in spending the evening on this huge electronic festival called "The Storm" in the VVIP area..so I said why not..I saw my last week coming do I didn't really care and it sounded like fun. So, he took m there and believe me..I didn't regret it! It was so much fun to be in the middle of the crowd from all over the world listening to groups such as skrillex who gave an amazing concert! We drank champagne, got crazy and danced and just looked at the fantastic stage..you'll see on the pictures below..it was gigantic...
