Nihao and hey there..
I think you noticed that I posted the 5th week one week to late. Its just that I could not log in to my google account and had no time to figure out why and how. But now there is even more
e to tell in one breath. My sixth week was really nice actually but again with different feelings. It started very chilled..I decided to do a break and relax a bit of everything and be with myself and my thoughts. I stayed at home the whole sunday. I did nothing more than sleeping eating, drinking tea reading books and showering. The only reason to leave the appartement was going to get a massage and buying a soup. So I was fit for a long cast ng day on monday which ended up getting a job for a video shooting the next day. So I just went for a dinner at my favourite italian restaurant la stazione which is owned by a friend of mine so we can eat from nice buffets
There. My job started at 8.30am and ended at 1pm but I think I truly worked 20 minutes in total. The job was more than nice and fun for me. The client was very professional and had a good english. The team was out of scaters who used to live in San Francisco and now they are doing videos for different companies. We made a video clip for jeans fabrics which are used by Lewis for example..My working partner was a guy from our agency who I met before already. His name is Martin and he is from Argentina. Well, we talked with each other about different things and were filmed by doing that wearing the jeansy outfit. We played a cute young couple who is in love in summertime, jumped over banches and ran around the Xuhui Park. Moreover he teached me how to ride a bike. But around 12 o clock it started to rain but we did not finished yet. So they booked us for wednesday as well. But that was not
My whole day...after having lunch I took a taxi to the other end of the city for another shooting. The photographer was very cool, we did many good pictures in different clothes and make up styles that I did not have yet. We played with shadows, a chinese kongfu hat and even a black hair wig. I am really looking forward to the retouched photos.
So, the second day of the video shooting job was almost more relaxing. The set was in the house of the director which is very beautiful. We had to sit on the ground and feel cozy reading a book together and talking about the plot. After that Martin decided to play the uculele which he found in the living room and I had to do as I am even more in love with him than before. I also noticed a beautiful black piano in the room and started to play. It was a wonderful feeling to play again. Everyone started to make video
And pictures of it and the director filmed it as well. After a few more sets together doing coffee and just talking with each other we went to the same place as we were the day before and finished the scene where we ride a bike and sit on the wall just relaxing together. I am just looking farward to see the finished video, because i am curious about how everything looks like with music in rhe background and the advertisement of jeans in the foreground.
I had castings the next days and i met a girl who organises free models diners at a high class l cafe/restaurant in the city centre. The only thing they want us to do is promoting the place by posting pictures of the food or ourselves there and stay for 2 hours. As these are things I would do anyway we decided to try it out and just fell in love. They have delicious salads and soups such as lasagne and pizza but
The most amazing dishes are the desserts. The macarons are full of taste and the creme brulee is unbelievable soft...and the strawberry sorbet is so fruity and creamy that i wanna cry haha. Soo we went a few times there as you will see in the pictures.
I had a job in another city called Nanjing on Saturday. Friday morning I got the message that I have to go there on my own the same night. So the client was very spontaneous. First I was afraid because I never took a train alone and as I have no mobile data on my phone because of the broken system I was worried that I could get lost and wouldnt have the opportunity to use the maps. Nevertheless I packed my stuff quickly and a bit more time at home. This time was filled by a lot of emotions. I got the message that I should stay for one more month in Shanghai because my double entry vis
Ends on the 10th of october. As i wanted to travel further i said directly that i dont want to stay longer. But it was too less time to contact other agencies in other countries so my scouter said that I should leave china travelling to Hong Kong and back for staying one more month. So my plans were kind of ruined because I didnt imagine such a diffucult situation with the Visa stuff. I tried to calm down as i knew i had to take the train in a few hours and just said to my scouter that i.dont want to make fast decisions and want to.try to contact other countries on my own and wait for their answers for two weeks. She said its risky as i will loose money buying a fly ticjet so late but that was my decision. Being in the train for 3 hours i could sleep well and when i arrived in Nanjing I just hoped so much that the hotel the client booked for me would not be too bad, as i heard terrible things from other
Girls. And I had luck. It was a perfect luxury hotel with a huge bed and the bedt shower I had for the last two months haha..that made up my mood and i could skype with my family and boyfriend and slept well until the nice buffet breakfast. The job was not really easy this time. It was for stockings so my legs had to do different poses for 5 hours. The stylists even took my legs and formed them the way they looked good for them. However, I finished at 3pm already and my train back to Shanghai was at 6pm so I had enough time to walk around and look at the beauriful old city that used to be the capital city around 60 years ago. The weather was perfect sunny and one of the girls from the job told me how to go to places that are worth to see.
On sunday started my next awesome week..my emotions were just jumping up and down. If you wanna know what happened..read my next post.
